Bunte Blüten jagen über die Leinwand, wie vom Wind getrieben, oder in einem wilden Tanz für den unwiederbringlichen Moment festgehalten. Es sind gar nicht wirkliche Blüten, eher abstrakte Gebilde, wilde, schwungvolle Pinselstriche, die aber aus der Entfernung doch ganz und gar floral wirken. So viele Schichten mit unterschiedlichen Texturen und Farben die Künstlerin hier wohlbedacht aufgetragen und immer wieder trocknen gelassen hat, so ausgesprochen federleicht und fröhlich wirkt dieses Kunstwerk. Das Florale erschließt sich dem Betrachter erst aus der Distanz. Aus der Nähe sieht man farbige Flächen, expressive Pinselstriche, in die Farbe geritzte Kratzer und Graphitlinien. Doch aus der Ferne ergießt sich der gesamte opulente Bildaufbau über die Leinwand und man fühlt sich an die Blumenstillleben der alten Meister aus dem 17. Jahrhundert erinnert, allerdings in die Moderne übertragen.
 
Colorful flowers are chasing across the canvas, as if driven by the wind, or captured in a wild dance for the irretrievable moment. They are not real flowers, rather abstract formations, wild, swinging brushstrokes, but they seem completely floral from a distance. Even if the artist has applied here carefully many layers with different textures and colors and let them dry again and again, this work of art seems extremely light and cheerful. The floral aspect opens up to the viewer only from a distance. Up close you can see colored surfaces, expressive brushstrokes, scratches carved into the fresh paint and graphite lines. But from a distance, the entire opulent image pours over the canvas and one feels reminded of the flower still lives of the old masters from the 17th century, but transferred into the modern age.
