With this work, the artist has started a new subject. With the element of water, she brings another aspect of nature into play, which is also extremely worth protecting and preserving. Today the oceans, all worlds and bodies of water are threatened to such an extent by environmental pollution (microplastics, for example) and global warming that this will have serious consequences for mankind, for children and grandchildren. But not only because of the effects on humans, but also because of the water as an element itself, the artist is almost worthy of admiration. Whether as a sea, a river, a standing body of water or a bubbling spring - with this series Ute Bivona tries to depict many different, fascinating, invigorating, calming and sometimes amazing facets of water.
