A firework of purple, pink and yellow tones! One almost thinks to see a billowing sea of ​​flowers, this abstract floral composition is so moved! All the flowers in full bloom, swaying dreamily in the summer wind ... This was a request on Instagram for new color tones. This time the artist changed her working process a bit. The beginning is still of strong lines, whether with water-soluble graphite, pencil or charcoal. Then different shades of color were applied directly, scraped off again, left to dry, lines applied again, both black and white with a very thin brush. These steps were repeated again and again, at first playfully, without any subtleties, until the overall composition guided the direction and the steps. A wonderful harmonious diptych that plays and juggles with the complementary colors, adds a few nuances and at the end conjures up a beautiful cascade of color fields!
